Summer Island Maldives is proud to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our talented culinary team at the recently concluded Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) Global Culinary Challenge and Exhibition 2025. Held from 7th to 9th September, this prestigious event is the Maldives' leading international hospitality trade fair, bringing together culinary professionals, resort operators, and hospitality enthusiasts from across the region. More than a showcase, FHAM plays a vital role in strengthening the Maldives' vibrant hospitality industry while also creating invaluable connections with South Asia's wider culinary community. This year, our chefs demonstrated their creativity, passion, and skill on the competition stage, earning recognition among some of the best talents in the region. Their dedication reflects not only individual excellence but also Summer Island Maldives' commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Silver Medals:
